handy 1400 stuck on cell reversing

I have a new setup and have never been used. I finally started the pool after construction and balanced the salt, and the system was working fine for a couple of days with no codes, no error, and now it still has flow on and cell on but stuck in reversing cell and won't turn off . .How long does the stay n for

Here is the manual.. It should change back and forth from normal to reversing, not sure how long it stays on each one...
