I have an existing vinyl pool that a family member has trouble entering and exiting. She has limited mobility in her legs due to obesity and fluid retention. Even with a handrail for support the stairs are too high for her to bend her legs and navigate. A ramp might work but the online prices seem to be thousands of dollars. Thoughts? She is an infrequent guest so I have to weigh the investment/usage. THANK YOU!

Not sure how deep your wallet is but motel pools and spas have a "lift" for cases like this. BUT the $$$$ is a lot for them :( Could she sit on her bottom and scoot backwards up the steps so she is not trying to lift her legs?
