H400IDL2 temp settings not responding

Hello,

Have this old Hayward heater H400IDL2 where i replaced main PCB 3 times and was working fine. This winter, i cannot increase the temperature via the front panel on heater. Since heater control from main panel was disconnected in past, i can only increase temp from the heater itself. Does anyone has similar issue and what worked to solve the issue.

What is the difference between the "front panel on heater" and the "heater itself"?

Thanks for looking into it, no difference. same panel in front of the heater.
