I don't think this thing has any internal or external bypass, but it is only leaking when it it running or trying to fire up. I have been trying to troubleshoot some other issues, but as I'm sitting here recently, I can clearly see that it's got a running drip only when it's is running or trying to fire off. If I turn the heater off and leave the pump on high, it drys up.
Is there a particular sensor or device that would only see pressure when on? It's running out right on top of the molded fitting for the in and outlet....
Thanks all again,
