Gunite Issues

My gunite shell was poured last week on a day it was raining. They did cover it with a tarp at the end, but it ended up caving in due to the water. I have posted some pics of the result. It also appears that the slope of the pool does not go down evenly on both sides. One has a much more pronounced dropoff. As I know nothing about gunite, it this easily repairable? Can they "regrade" the pool to make the slope even? Any advice much appreciated. Thanks

The pool shell can not easily be re-graded, the concern is that any new Gunite added to the shell needs to be at a minimum thickness and not feathered in at the ends, that would cause a weak joint.
Was the cave in caused by water from the surface or from the sun-surface?

I would not be concerned with the slope of the floor beyond where people can stand in it. That is about 5 1/2 feet deep for a 6 foot person. No one will know what the slope is after that.

And if the slope is a bit off side to side in the shallow end, no one will ever realize it as they walk across the pool.

Have you put a level on the floor and walls to see how off things are?

Haven't done a level, but the deepest end of the pool is only 4 1/2 feet, so I think it will be pretty noticeable. It's been a few weeks and they haven't attempted to do anything with it, so it's making me pretty nervous.
