Thank you. I will give that a try and report back.It would be difficult for the rebar to rust that quickly. That's more than likely a stain from the dirt where water is leaching through the shell.
Try cleaning it with some dish soap and a brush and see if it clears up

Cleaned it with soap as recommended and it looks like most of it went away. I also used something abrasive to go at the spot to see what was behind the issue and I do not see any rebar.Yes, if that is rust it will come through the plaster coat if left as is. They need to chisel into the gunite, cut out the offending rebar and patch it prior to plastering.
@bdavis466 I was just out measuring everything and noticed that one vertical wall is around 4.5-5” thick, shouldn’t gunite be 6” thick ? If so what should I ask my PB to do to fix it right ? I am also contracted at 8” bond beam but looks like on that same wall it’s 7”.Perfectly normal
