Yes, time for a new motor. But, first, fix the drip that's keeping the motor wet.

Maybe downsize the motor and impeller.

Thanks James! Does that one look big? Thinking of getting a two speed. I definitely have some plumbing issues too

Most pumps are too big and use anywhere from 2 to 10 times as much energy as needed to properly circulate the water.

Consider going to a variable speed pump or a single speed motor of about 1 hp total or a 2 speed motor.
