Hey all - (or y'all as they say down here). I just wanted to introduce myself. I've been a pool owner for about 10 years now - and have a background in lifeguarding where I 'caught the bug' for taking care of pools (and their occupants). I find that this background prepared me, in some respects, to being a parent. I find myself counting to three both ad nauseum and ad infinitum especially when we are near the pool. It's time to begin getting the pool ready for prime time - so I started searching and found this site! What a spectacular idea - a public forum where we can share what we know and seek advice for things we don't!
