Happy Holidays 2021! My name is Jazz and I bought an existing home with an in-ground pool last year. We are first time pool owners and knew nothing about pool care.
For the past year, we've had a pool company taking care of the maintenance of our pool. We've been paying $115/month for their middle-of-the-road weekly package (which is the typical cost in this area for the services provided) which included:
Checking water chemistry
Pool skimming as needed
Baskets emptied as needed
Equipment checked as needed
The pool company has done a great job of coming each week on-time and maintaining the water chemistry but I feel like I could do the same thing they do and save $115/month.
