You're almost there. Definitely find time to do the filter deep clean. I am amazed at how much that helped my filter.

Looking much better than the previous photos. Keep some POP (Pool Owner Patience) handy and you'll soon see a sparkling clean pool.

I had only mentioned to test inside when it was dark outside. Natural lighting is always better for testing as it does not create any glares from any type of lighting, and this is why the CYA is always done outside and not inside like most, if not all pool stores. Congratulations on your progress.

If it were me, I would consider shutting off your skimmers for a bit and only using the main drain for suction until you get that deep end cleared up. That way, all the water going through the filter is being sucked from the deep end, and any dead algae that has accumulated in the deep end gets filtered out quickly.
But that's just a theory, unsure if it would work in practice.

All systems GO!!!! just balanced her out today with some MA. This family will be swimming tomorrow!!!

Is the water clear? Did you add DE or a DE alternative like Fiber Clear to speed up the process? It will happen very quick. Maybe it is time for a sand cleaning once you have everything cleared up.

Not too shabby. Only cloudy in the deep end. A few more days and it will be sparkling!!
