I passed the OCLT 3 days ago 6/10-11 (7, 10, 230, 6, 1015 pm and 7:15 am the next morning SAME number). I am posting the numbers bc everyone got confused by my whole CL number and not the half.
6/12 11 a.m 7
added 2 gals+2 c bleach
520 p 12.5
8p 12
10:40 p 12

6/13 640 a.m. 12
800 pm 8

I just don't undesrstand. HOW. SWG is now on. Pool pump on 24/7
We are going out of town. We had a HUGE rain storm 6/11 and 6/12. today has been beautful.
I want to up our CYA but I scared to if y'all think i STILL, after passing, have algae.

What say you?

Are you asking how FC dropped 4 ppm from 6:40 a.m. to 8:00 p.m? This is a pretty normal FC daily loss, particularly if your CYA level is lower than recommended. TFP recommends a CYA level of 60 to 80 ppm for SWG pools.

OH thank god. I will add the CYA tonight i kept it low just incase but now I feel better. tahnk you!

Remember, increasing your CYA means you need to maintain a higher FC level. Take a look at the FC/CYA Levels. Aim high on the target level until you figure out your pool.
