blahhh I dont know even where to start,
1 year ago I remodel my pool instead 1 big light I told them I want 2 small LED Glob Right, both of them didn't last 8 month
the 12v transformer work good the LED light it self is bad
I try to take them out to check them, after I buy a spacial tool that have 4 pins to remove them I notice one of the light is cover with the plaster on a very small section of the light and not it can't hold with the 4 pins to twist it
and the 2nd light just stock and dont want to turn and release it self
im kinda out of ideas what to do now...
really appreciate any help

Carefully chip away the plaster around the light.

The GloBrites use a proprietary niche. You have to twist the light to remove it.

In 2024 Pentair released an improved GloBrite light that a blue gasket and black end cap (left side), with improvements to the electronics inside to fix the failures the lights have been having.

The issue with the original Globrites was two different types of material was used in manufacturing, the body and the end where the wire went into the light were different so when the lights were on it generated heat and the seal was broke filling the light with water which resulted in cracking the housing.
