As RDspaguy pointed out... is your GFCI cord plugged into a GFCI outlet?
If so, remove the GFCI cord, and run with the spa plugged into just a GFCI outlet.

We are having the same clicking problem. Both the cord & outlet have GFCI but when ran previously we did not have this issue. Our spa had a slight leak so we had it unplugged & drained & just replaced a jet, filled it & plugged it in & now have the clicking. Any ideas?
