Circuit breakers cannot be repaired. They need to be replaced.
 
HI there,

Any idea if it can be opened & repaired, like change the fuse or something?
Below is the picture of the GFCI board.
I would really appreciate an answer to these 2 questions:

1. How do you test it for life? It's pretty dead right now. Red/reset button is on the Line side.
2. Can I have it repaired or replaced? Intex's site is useless for such info and I really don't want to spend $300+ on a new one.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

You would need to cut the end off & put one of these on it

Or if it is plugged into a gfci outlet & only if it will always be - you can just use a regular weather proof cord cap like this
