Long story short, bought a house with a pool, put in a salt chlorinator and started getting shocked while in the pool and touching the railing. Ripped up the concrete, bonding wire is there, cant tell if it was in tact/working prior to doing so. Pool is 25 years old. Pool Electrician said they can put in a new wire and test it but theres a chance there is a stary current in the ground. They can put in a new bond and still have the same issue getting nuisance voltage. Power company said it wasnt coming from them. Any advice would be great-I want to use my pool but cant have my kids/people in there even with nuisance voltage for safety. Ty
