That was me several years ago at spring opening. It was cold that day, so I was bundled up. One wrong step backwards, and I was in the pool!

This guy was in our pool before we were on fill day last July...
We got some new friends right before we moved. I re-homed a few of them
FYI - for those that get frogs and toads, google the product "Frog Log" - a small floater with an off ramp out of the pool, to allow them to get out on their own. Has dramatically decreased the number of live (and dead) ones I find in my pool and skimmers. Now if the mice, moles and voles were also smart enough to use it....
