Thanks Jim. The Pentair tech support guy scared me a bit when he cautioned against disassembling a new pump. I guess sometimes they leak after. If I can get away with one Jandy valve and a couple unions, I'll probably try to do that. Hopefully that will let me get back to the other things that are chewing up my OCD bandwidth
