It looks like it's etched, did anyone accidentally spills muriatic acid on it?
I'm not very familiar with limestone decking, but that's just my hunch. Hopefully someone with more experience in the area will be by to give you advice on fixing it.

I suppose the white spots could be from muriatic acid, but that is the original color of the pavers. My concern is with the grayish/blackish staines that seem to be taking over the stones. A specialist has determined it is not mold since none of the mold products he used made it budge. The decking was not sealed - could it just be dirt with rain water that has seeped into it? A pressure washing gets a little bit up but not all of it.It looks like it's etched, did anyone accidentally spills muriatic acid on it?

Oh I had to zoom in a bit to see the black/gray spots that I think you're referring to. It's pretty hard to tell what could be causing it from a photo. I don't think the conditions for mold are likely there, so my bet is on dirt getting into some of the holes in the limestone.
Thanks. A pressure wash seemed to get some of it out, but there were also some stones that did not seem to get better with a pressure wash. Any thoughts on how to get the stones back/close to the original state?
