Freezing Question

I just moved to Central Texas and inherited a large unground pool. I haven’t calculated the size yet but probably around 30,000 gallons.

It’s hooked up to a Aqualink RS4 controller. It’s in freeze prevention mode now and pump is running. Air temp is 26 and pool water temp is 44.

We are expecting to be in the single digits the next couple days which is very unusual for central Texas.

Anything I need to do? Especially is we lose power?

Checkout the many existing threads in the Everything Else sub-forum. Lots of tips. Have a plan to protect equipment if power should go out (i.e. drain pump basket an filter of water, etc).
