Four year old Polaris 280 pulling to the left?

Hi,

My Polaris 280 is pulling to the left side of the pool. It is 4 years old & besides a replacement bag it hasnt had any work done to it.

Any suggestions on how to fix it or if I should replace it?

Pull it out and give it a food once over. All the gears correctly meshing. Tail swinging free.

If the gears or wheels are worn you may need a tuneup kit.

We also have a P280. Some things to look at. Is the tail jet still pointing straight back? Are ALL of the wheels being driven by water pressure? Is the feed hose starting to get stiff? You might be ready for a a tuneup kit or a rebuild kit. Both have different parts in them. You might also be ready for a new feed hose. In the Texas sun, we can only get about 3 years out of a hose before it starts getting stiff.
