Forgot password for Screenlogic?

Over the winter I got a new phone. Now that it's warming up I realize my Name/Nickname/Password didn't transfer over. Any idea how to figure them out?
Does the Nickname matter?
I emailed Pentair, but haven't heard back yet.

Did you just forget the "remote" access password? If you only set the remote password, you can still get in via your home network..

Jim, luckily I got a new computer too. I haven't been able to download the screen logic computer program. Do you know where I could get that? I've looked, but didn't know what to download??

Jim, thank you for your help. Apparently I needed to get a new wifi extender. I had the adapter connected to the extender and turns out it isn't working. Connected the adapter directly to our router and it works perfectly now!
