+ Follow function not working for me

In the past week my +Follow feature is not operating like its old self. That is, no bell symbol visual alert indicator appears as reply's are posted.
So have I toggled this feature off somewhere ?


PROBLEM RESOLVE. Not sure what I did to resolve it but a whole lot of clicking of this and that...LOL.

I, also, do a lot of clicking this and that! Most of the time it does work for me as well!
