This may be a stupid question, and I'm sure you guys will eagerly let me know if so . My flow sensor is going bad; the little wire has a short in it and if it gets bumped the least bit, it goes off. So, I am debating replacing the sensor vs jumping it out. I know the risk of causing gases to build up and definitely do not want an explosion. Here is my question, though:
My swg is on the same circuit as my pump. We use the same switch to turn both on/off simultaneously. Does this eliminate any risk of gas build up, which would allow me to safely bypass the flow sensor?
