Flocculant used by mistake - I have a Jandy E-pump/Cartridge

Hello,
New pool owner here and made the ultimate mistake. I put 6 ounces of flocculant in my skimmer with the pump on. I turned it off within 5 minutes however I know some of the floc filtered through my cartridges. I have a Jandy E-pump with 4 cartridge filters. I do not have a vacuum-to-waste function.

What do you recommend for my next step?

You got no way to pump water out of the pool?

If you poured into the skimmer, 100% went into the filters. Some probably got through as it did not have time to hydrate.
