Hopefully I can explain this so it makes sense...
I am installing a sprinkler at one end of our Intex Pool. I am hard piping the entire system this year with 1.5" PVC as well as upgrading the pump and filtrations system. Because the sprinkler is a the other end the plumbing will need to come around one of the corners. Due to the design of the Intex the corners flex and have slip joints. Because of this I need to put in a flexible hose to accommodate for the movement. What I was thinking is using a vacuum hose 1.5" threaded cuff ( https://www.amazon.com/Poolmaster-S...g+Pool+Vacuum+Hose+Cuff&qid=1619442994&sr=8-5 ) My question is would the threaded connection leak under pressure? And is the end piece able to slip into a piece of PVC to be glued?
