Flaky Material in Pool

Not sure if I’m posting this in the correct section but I have a white flaky material that is showing up in my pool and most notably in my hot tub. The flakes will crumble and have the same consistency as salt or sand when you rub it between your fingers. Per my system my salt level is at 3050 and a current K1776 test shows a level of 3800. The first picture is of my hot tub. I have a spillover hot tub so the substance seems to be coming back through the return but my pool cleaner bag had contains the same material. Could this be salt?? Any help is appreciated in identifying this substance or cause. Current pool test results are: water temp 85, FC 3.5, TA 100, CYA 35, CH 400, and PH is over 8. Acid has been added to gain control of the TA and PH.

Calcium scale from your SWCG.

Keep your CSI between 0 and -0.3. With your chemistry info, yours is quite positive.
