I need to clean up some sloppy plumbing work, and I would like to have all of the parts I need at hand.

What is the most likely fitting I need to get in between the white 90 degree Ell and the black coupling attached to the Hayward Multiport?

Regards,
Randy

Well, you currently have what looks like DVW (not pressure-rated) sweeps there. A Sch40 90 (not a spigot) is really what you need with a little extra Sch40 pipe to align.

EDIT: Woops, take that back - it is a schedule 40 (but its also a spigot).

I think that the union is part number 21063-154-000, which is 1.5" MIP (Threaded) x 1.5" Socket and 2" Spigot.

I think that the sweep is a 406-020SW, which is a pressure rated sweep that has 2” sockets and it takes a 2” “spigot” connection.

So, the union spigot glues into the sweep socket.

You can undo the union and unscrew the threaded part of the union from the multiport or just replace the glued union part and replumb from there.
