Hello, I just recently purchased a new 450 gallon Four Winds Caribbean III spa, and have it running on a covered lanai in the Tampa area. I have been reading a TON about balancing and sanitizing the water in the weeks leading up to delivery. I think I have a pretty good grasp on most things, but there are still a few areas that I am hazy on and need to find out a bit more. I saw some black gunk inside the tub when it was delivered, so I did purge with Ahhsome, drain, hose/wipe out, and refill before balancing the water. That was definitely a good decision, because a lot of gunk and slime came out! I am looking forward to lots of relaxing in my new tub! Almost there!
