CYA-Oh how I hate this test! Here is my way-GLANCE!!! Only GLANCE in to see if you can see the dot. I pour from line to line. Start at 100, GLANCE in. If you can still see the dot then pour to the next line, GLANCE in. Keep going from line to line until you cannot see the dot at a GLANCE. If you stare you will see the dot

"Should I condition the water during the SLAM process?" Not sure what you mean by "condition".

Right now all I want you to add to the pool is rain water and bleach.

25% over 5 is 6.25 so yeah I guess that is it.......seems mighty fast but we need to keep the filter happy so it can do it's job helping clear that pool!

I think I got all of your points covered! Let me know if I messed anything! I will wait on the answer about the GLANCE cya test.

If you can you should be checking the filter pressure at a higher RPM so the pressures are a little bit higher 5 to 6 is a little hard to discern

I think I may be nearing completion of SLAM. Would love the feedback of the group.
My FC just tested at 28. Yesterday I brought it to 31, but I think they may have been a premature decision. The pool looks clear, will get a second opinion from wife.
Do I continue at SLAM level while doing this overnight test?

Plan to clean filter once more and brush pool and let filter run again overnight.

I hate to burst your bubble but I think you have a day or two left? It can get much more clear than the pictures are showing.

If you put a coin in the deep end, can you easily read if its heads or tails?

Are we talking a silver dollar or a dime?[emoji41] No bubble burst here, I came here for honest feedback. I guess you could say my opinion is foggy, kind of like my water! Not used to seeing it this clean.

4/4 6:30 am shock level 32
4/4 4:19 pm shock level 28, brought to 31
4/5 5:39 am shock level 28.5 brought to 31
4/5 12:19 pm shock level 30.5 brought to 31
After looking at pics and seeing levels do I proceed this evening testing CC and trying my first attempt at an OCLT test?

TFP clear water is an amazing thing. You look into your pool and can't see anything except the bottom and think it is impossible for water to get any clearer than this. Post 3, 58 and 97 and some others in my pool thread have pics of my TFP clear water, link in sig. And a few pics here, Help! I came home from vacation to THIS!
