Hi all - this is my first season opening a pool and really trying to understand the chemistry and process to getting the water clear. Opened it and it was a forest green. Vacuumed and pulled out all debris. I’ve backwashed. Filter is running 24/7. I have a skimmer sock that I change 3 times a day with slimy grey matter. I’ve been attempting the SLAM method. On day 3. Can just see the bottom in the shallow end. Can’t see in deep end. Attached photo of pool color. Does this look normal. Am I heading in right direction?
Here are my levels after testing today:

FC: 9.51
TC; 13.19
CC: 3.68
CYA: 25
Alkalinity: 51
CH: 192
pH: 7.3
Phosphates: 296

I appreciate any help and guidance!!

You need a proper test kit. I suggest the TF-100/Pro or Taylor K2006C. A proper test kit is needed to get the accurate water chemistry results needed to follow the TFP protocols.

While you are waiting on your test kit, add 5 ppm FC worth of liquid chlorine / plain bleach to your pool each evening with the pump running. This will replenish the FC lost each day to the sun
