First test results - please help!

Hi everyone! I just started taking over my own pool maintenance and got my first test results this morning (TF-100 salt pro test kit). The chlorine is really high, what should I do to get the level right? Do any other levels seem concerning? Attached is a picture of the results. Any and all suggestions are much appreciated!

10,500 gallon salt water pool in NE Florida. Pentair IC40 salt cell currently on 2% (the lowest setting). Recently installed pentair variable speed pump running 12hrs a day at 50%. We've had the pool for 3 years and always had a pool service, we've never had any issues that we're aware of.

So until a TFP guide comes along I thought I would take a minute to say hello , were just down the road a bit from you.

First off I do NOT have a SWG so lets leave that to someone else.

Your FC is high if your result was tested correctly.
Did you use the 10ml measurement on the vial and drop test?
When was the last pool service and what did they add ?
Have you added anything to the pool recently?
Seems to me as the warmer weather is approaching your CYA will need to be increased slowly with TFP guidance.

Your FC is safe up to 20 ppm, although it's wasteful to maintain it as high as you are.

Normally we see the CYA jacked and not the salt, but the cure is the same. You need to drain about 1/3 to bring the salt down to the mid 3000s.

*providing you didn't just add a bunch that hasn't mixed yet.

Have a read to see if draining or the no drain exchange is better for you. FL is known for high water tables and you don't want your pool floating if you drain too far.

Thanks for the response! Nice to hear from a local. We followed all the instructions as to how much pool water to use and how many drops to put in for all our test results. Last pool service was just a few days ago on Monday. Not sure what, if anything, was added. We've never added anything as we paid a company to handle it all.
