Finding Aqualink RS rev number before iAqualink purchase

Hello,

According to the main thread (Jandy Aqualink RS - Further Reading) it should only be a matter of reading the Aqualink All-Button Panel. Unfortunately, all mine says after cycling through some basic info is LOW BATTERY despite getting a brand new one just now.

I took pictures of the PCB. Is there a way to tell just looking at it?

Would it be the "F" in PCB#6474-F?

Regarding iq20-a vs iq20-rs, I don't see any way I could just plug a chip on my PCB (as seen in this youtube clip), so I am guessing I need to go with iq20-RS.
IQ20-RS comes with the full PCB board replacement, is that correct?

Thank you so much for confirming! I’m trying to find one online but looks like most websites will only sell it locally. It looks like Jandy’s been restricting online sales. The few places that still have it list it for $800+.
