Finally....
OK, after a very rough summer with our original pool builder quitting on us after excavation and having to finish the job ourselves, we finally have a pool with water in it! Yay! Mason is coming tomorrow to do the stone coping and concrete decking. We filled our pool with water from our well. I had a pool when I was a child, but things seem to have changed so much since then. By the way, for reference, I have a 16x32 vinyl liner inground pool with a sunledge and a bench. It is approximately 11,000 gallons. We have 5 return jets, two skimmers, and two main drains. And a Pentair variable speed pump with a sand filter and an in-line chlorinator. We do not have a saltwater pool.
Thanks for any insight and feel free to give me any tips you wish someone had told you when first getting your pool! 😁😘

Welcome,.

1. you can do it yourself ( but you being here shows you know that, sorry PB bailed on ya.)
2. Hairnets for the strainer baskets
3. Relax, it isn't rocket science and folks here can correct or "head check" anything you may have done or think you done "wrong"
