Went “cheap” and replaced a Pentair tension control clamp for the cartridge filter with non-Pentair product. After 6 months, tried to remove and it appears that the bolt is rusted in the clamp. Tried lubricants but no luck. Any thoughts other than cutting it off?

A little bit of heat from a torch sometimes helps. Just don’t get the filter housing with it. Can also try tightening the nut a bit to break it loose before loosening the nut again.
