Film on waterline tile

What is the best method to clean this film from my waterline tile? Its only on some tile around my shallow end. Any suggestions on how to prevent this in the future? I am a new pool owner and appreciate the feedback.

Hard to see but is it a grimy, sticky layer? If so, most likely sunscreen, hair products, etc. You need to scrub the water line every once in a while to remove it.

Thanks. No, not sticky or grimy. Its a brand new pool and has not been used. Any particular product that is best for scrubbing?

Thank you! Do you think dirt like this can be due to water chemistry? My CYA is 80 and FC 10. CH is 300 (think I can raise), pH 7.4 and TA 70. Thanks again for your input.

That does not look like it is related to water chemistry. I suspect some kind of organic/oil/etc

Your chemistry parameters you list are fine.
