Film on pool

We recently opened our pool and have a film on the top of the water (pic attached). I’ve never seen this before. We have had the pump running nonstop for five days so far and the water is still cloudy and this film is floating on the surface. My recent test results are below. Any ideas on how to get rid of this?

Have you used any bleach with with additives, like Clorox with CLOROMAX? Do you still have foam with SWG off? Is it coming from the returns?

This a phenomenon seen in the past on pools using a SWCG, cold water, and just being opened after winterization.

We have never nailed down what causes it. Chemistry does not seem to effect it. In time it goes away.

My original thought was I used bleach with an additive but I would have noticed that when I poured in the bleach...at least I hope I would have.

Have you used any bleach with with additives, like Clorox with CLOROMAX? Do you still have foam with SWG off? Is it coming from the returns?
