We just completed our pool remodel using French Gray Quartzscapes Reflection Series plaster. It's a pretty big pool, 12 ft deep, and I'm wondering if I should be concerned about how long it will take to fill the pool? Will the plaster on the walls of the pool dry out and get thirsty? Should I use a hose to wet the sides throughout the day? My neighbor was nice enough to let me use his hose, so I have double the horsepower.

If you hose the fresh plaster walls, you risk creating a permanently uneven finish with visible drip marks. Just don't interrupt the fill until it is complete and you'll be fine.
