Fibreglass wall push away from concrete wall. Please help.

We have just bought a house with the swimming pool half empty. The top of the wall pulled away and there was water between the concrete wall and fibreglass wall. It also starts to bulges inwards. How do i put it back. I have bought some resin/matt and wollastonite. Can i make a paste and smear the wall and push it back with 2x4 planks. And smear more paste into the concrete line gap in the concrete and push it back into the grooves?
