Failure-prone Globrites

Yes was told by Pentair the the newly designed lights were available December 2023. .I have had my globebrites fail twice. Pentair is sending me the new model lights for free, but they will not pay for installation.

Hey @elvis2000, can you share who or what number you reached out to, to get the lights for free? Were they still under warranty for you? I've had the same 2 lights go out, literally within a day or 2 of each other. The 3rd one is fine. Not sure what that is all about. I'm ready to go to the top if needed, these lights are waay to expensive to have to replace every few years.
