Failed Pentair SuperFlo VS

My SuperFlo VS stopped working today. Not running, no LED/Display & not able to start. I've measured 249V at the terminals so there is power to the pump. Any ideas for troubleshooting or know issues with these pumps?

I did install a whole house surge protector yesterday... but it indicates OK.

I'll also have to replace a section of flex in front of the heater which collapsed as I was heating the pool when the pump stopped (I'll replace both in/out with pipe).

As for keeping things from turning green, I guess I'll keep adding chlorine and run the robot to circulate the water. Sucks cause it is the long weekend here...

No known issue with the SuperFlo VS that have been reported here.

How old is the pump??? Have you talked to Pentair? I have heard that some of their pumps have a hard reset.. where you push several unrelated buttons at the same time.. not sure if this applies to the SuperFlo or not, but it would be worth a call.

Sorry for the problems... And... if you do find a solution, please report back so that others may learn what to do...

The pump was installed this April so I'm in warranty.
I plan to contact Pentair after the weekend.

Just a follow up... +1 week
-Contacted Pentair, they assigned a WO to a local pool company who has not contacted me yet.
-I talked with the pool store which installed the pump for me. I took the pump up to the store where they checked it out and was not able to determine the problem. They gave me a new pump to take home and install. I re-plumbed the collapsed section of flex and pump is back up and running. My heater will not light up (or stay lit) so I'll need to spend some more time to figure it out.
