You need to get the model numbers for the equipment. It is very important to have them so make sure you get what you pay for and to know just how big it is and what it can do.

I am also going to ask @Jimrahbe to step in to make sure you get what you need for your pool. He is a master of equipment. Me? I can help make it pretty and well cared for!

01,

I don't see anything that raises any red flags on your list.. But as always I have some suggestions..

I like that you are getting a VS pump because it makes sense when you have a saltwater pool. The Hayward AquaRite is one of best selling units out there. Please make sure the cell your pool builder is using is rated for at least 40K. This is because the cell is rated when running 24/7 at 100% output.

I like that you are getting a large cartridge filter.. In your location you should only have to clean it at the end of each season.

I am not a fan of water powered cleaners and would recommend a Robot.. Pressure side cleaners are 1960's technology and about the same as using an old Black Rotary-Dial telephone vs. using a cell phone. Robots do a better job and do not require you to run the pump to clean your pool.

Thanks and good luck with your pool build,

Jim R.
