Just looking for someone to check my work here. I installed a new 40A Z-wave smart switch for my pool timer. Located the new box a little further away than the old timer box so I can get better antenna reception. The wiring going to the pump was a bit short, so I spliced the two hot wires in the subpanel and also grounded the pump to the ground the bar in the sub panel. Previously, the pump was grounded to the block in the timer box. I didn’t want to splice the ground wire, I wanted a continuous line from the pump to a grounding block. Before and after pictures show the splices and the new grounding layout. The timer box itself is still grounded directly to the sub panel grounding block as it was before.

Is this all kosher?
