Ecostar Drive Comm Error

I'm getting this same VSP communication error now on my pump, which was installed in 2017 when the pool was built. How does this need to be addressed? Is this covered under the extended warranty?

Contact Hayward and see if they offer you a discount on a Tristar VS pump.

Or you can put a VGreen 2.7 VS motor, ECM27SQU, in if you don't have Hayward automation.

Last night after replacing our dying T15 sale cell with a 940, pump did not start. I thought it could be because the water all drained from that section of plumbing but the basket in the pump was full and even after trying to dump buckets of water into the basket to flood the inside of the pump...
