Hi all, we live in CT and have an old (20-25 years) in-ground, gunite pool that needs repair. Lots of loose tiles, quite a few stains on bottom of pool (some spots where you can see the underlying gunite). So we are looking to do a full renovation. It is about 30,000 gallon pool with attached hot tub. Anyhow, one contractor recommended going the Eco Finish route. Some brief reading leads me to believer there are issues with this? Would you all recommend we go with re-plaster? Thanks for you help.

It is a WONDERFUL finish when it is installed correctly. That includes correctly getting the old shell ready. I would ask to see any pools the installers have done and go from there.
