Hope this isn't a stupid question. I am getting some of the preliminary wiring started on my easy touch panel today. Do I need a gfci breaker for the circuit that powers the easy touch power transformer? TIA!
Fond du Lac is French for bottom of the lake. We are located at the foot of Lake Winnebago in Wisconsin. Do I need a separate gfci breaker for the surge protector I plan to install or do I double tap the breaker I'm using to power the easy touch transformer?
A surge protector should be on a standard thermal breaker and it have the amp rating as specified by the instructions that come with the surge protector.
The gas heater should be on a GFCI protected circuit.
