Hello all,
I'm in the process of draining a portion of my pool to correct for high my pool to for high CH. My question is... I understand that the ideal CH is between 350-550 and recommended is between 250-650. I assume it's best to drain enough water for a target CH of 250. Is that accurate?
Thanks

In Las Vegas, you drain the pool as far as you can and start over. The fill water has a CH of 250 ppm. Then use softened water for make up water due to evaporation.
