. I have a 9yr 12x20 semi in ground it's rusting all around my pool .All are midway and up to top of the wall.pool always well maintained. Trying to see if anyone else has problems . Starts out as little rough spots and get as large as a silver dollar. Started over a year ago. Doughboy feels not responsable...what can cause it
