Dont buy from this place

I thought i would try a new generic cells. I purchased from poolsaltstore.com on March 21, 2018. I have called amd emailed over amd over again with no response at all. I cant imagine how customer service would be if you had a problem. They dont amswer the phone or emails. I have yet to rcv my cell. So today I called Amex and cancelled my purchase of $189. Went amazon where i should have gone to start with and got a factory hayward cell for $215.

Given that there is no site at poolsaltstore.com I would agree that you probably shouldn't buy anything from there.

I wish i would have. But all is good now my new cell from amazon arrived last nite, a original one.
I did rcv an email from other vendor apologizing for the ball being dropped. I told them to keep it.

Update . New hayward cell installed and working great. Both plus and minus values. Salt value also reading good
