I recently purchased a Dolphin Triton PS Plus. I connected it to the MyDolphin app and ran the first full cycle last week. Earlier this week I went to run a floor only cycle, and noticed that the cycle finish time stated in the app was almost 6 hours away. Stopping and restarting the cycle didn't fix the problem, so I disconnected the bot and reconnected it. This resolved the issue and the cleaning cycle finished after 1 hour.
This morning I went to run a full 2 hour cycle, and it again showed a 6 hour finish time. I disconnected and reconnected the bot, but now I am only able to run a fast 1 hour cycle. When selecting a full 2 hour cycle, it just starts a fast cycle instead showing "floor only". I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but no luck.
Is there a way to unstick the floor-only mode? The controller only has a power button so I don't know if there's anything I can do outside of the app directly from the controller.
