Hey guys, recently bought a Dolphin Nautilus CC Plus, and it worked fine for a month, but this past weekend, I noticed when it’s cleaning the waterline, it makes a very loud noise almost like something is grinding or rubbing on something. I do not remember if this was happening from the beginning, but it is a bit concerning either way. I took the robot out and when I move the tread, I can duplicate the sound. Everything looks like it is lined up, but I’m sure the noise isn’t normal. Any insight???
